1. Who we are
EverPicks operates this website and sells the products listed on it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that may be added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We correct pricing errors when we find them and will contact you before charging a different amount.
4. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for current processing and transit times. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Our Return Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can using specifications provided by our suppliers. Dimensions and capacities are approximate and may vary slightly. Colours may differ from how they appear on your screen.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
8. Intellectual property
The EverPicks name, site design and original written content belong to us. Product photography is used under licence from our suppliers.
9. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
