Shipping Policy

Where we ship

EverPicks ships to addresses within the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed on Friday afternoon ships Monday.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping.

Delays outside our control

Carrier backlogs, severe weather and public holidays can add a day or two. We track every order and will contact you if yours stalls.
